Effective date: April 27, 2025 · We collect only the data needed to detect fake signups and keep your workspace secure. This page explains what that means in practice.

Information We Collect

•Account details such as name, email address, and billing information.
•Operational data sent to the API (email addresses, IPs, metadata) solely for verification purposes.
•Usage analytics like response times, error rates, and authentication events.

How We Use Data

•Deliver and improve disposable email detection, MX validation, and dashboard analytics.
•Prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and maintain service reliability.
•Send essential product updates, incident notifications, and billing reminders.

Retention & Security

•API payloads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive request bodies expire after 30 days unless you opt in to longer retention.
•Access to production systems is limited to vetted TrueMail engineers with MFA.
•We follow SOC 2 aligned controls and sign custom DPAs for Enterprise customers.

Your Rights

•Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].
•Export audit logs and API data at any time via the dashboard.
•Object to certain processing or terminate your account if policies change.
