By accessing truemails.net or using the TrueMail API you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you represent a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to this agreement.

TrueMail Terms of Service
Effective date: April 27, 2025 · These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when using the TrueMail platform, dashboard, and API.
2. Fair Usage
You may not abuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer our models, or submit data you do not own. Automated traffic must respect published rate limits; excess load can result in throttling or suspension.
3. Data & Ownership
You retain ownership of the email addresses and metadata you process through TrueMail. We only use this information to deliver the service, apply security safeguards, and improve disposable-domain detection. We never sell customer data.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Outstanding invoices must be settled within 15 days.
5. Disclaimer
We deliver TrueMail "as is" and do not guarantee the absence of false positives or false negatives. In no event will WATERSIDE INC be responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
